1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on this site. We ship only to the countries listed in the country selector at checkout — if your shipping address is outside that list, we cannot process your order.

2. Products & Pricing

Rootessa currently offers three products, each sold individually or in multi-bottle bundles at a discount. Prices are shown in USD. Shipping is free on every order; any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the price shown.

Rootessa Peptide Serum

A cosmetic hair serum, available at /products/peptide-serum. 1 bottle: $65. 2 bottles: $53 each ($106 total, save 18%). 3 bottles: $49 each ($147 total, save 25%).

Rootessa Hair Oil

A cosmetic scalp oil (30 ml with dropper), available at /products/hair-oil. 1 bottle: $29.00. 2 bottles: $24 each ($48 total, save 17%). 3 bottles: $22 each ($66 total, save 24%).

Rootessa Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies

A dietary supplement (60 gummies per bottle, GMP-certified, gluten-free), available at /products/hair-skin-nails-gummies. 1 bottle: $35.00. 2 bottles: $28 each ($56 total, save 20%). 3 bottles: $26 each ($78 total, save 26%).

We describe our products as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, photos, or prices are always free of errors. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel orders affected by an obvious error, notifying you as soon as possible.

3. Orders & Payment

Payment is processed through a third-party payment provider. Rootessa does not store your full card number on its own servers. By confirming your purchase, you authorize the charge of the total amount shown, including any additional offer you accepted during checkout.

4. Subscribe & Save 12%

The "Subscribe & save an extra 12%" toggle is available at checkout for all three products: Rootessa Peptide Serum, Rootessa Hair Oil, and Rootessa Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies.

Enabling it creates a subscription: your card is charged the discounted amount automatically every 30, 60 or 90 days (matching the bundle size you chose — 1, 2 or 3 bottles), and a new order ships each time, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, with no fee and no minimum number of shipments, using the one-click cancellation link included in your order confirmation email, or by emailing info@rootessa.com with your order number. Canceling stops the next charge; it does not affect an order that already shipped.

5. Shipping

We ship to the countries listed in the country selector at checkout — currently 37 countries. If your country is not on that list, we cannot yet deliver there. Estimated processing and delivery times may vary depending on location and inventory availability.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase if you are not satisfied with the product. Email us within that window at info@rootessa.com to start the process.

7. Use of This Site

All content on this site (text, design, the Rootessa brand) is the property of Rootessa S.A. or is used under license. Copying or redistributing this content without authorization is not permitted.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or from a purchase made on this site will first be handled through good-faith negotiation between the parties; if unresolved, it will be submitted to the competent courts of Panama.
