Note for the Rootessa team: this is a functional draft, not a legal document reviewed by an attorney. Before operating with real payments and customers, an attorney should confirm the "Governing Law" section in particular — since Rootessa S.A. is based in Panama but ships internationally (including to the United States and other countries), this has implications that this text cannot resolve on its own.

By purchasing from Rootessa or using this site, you accept the terms described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or make a purchase.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on this site. We ship only to the countries listed in the country selector at checkout — if your shipping address is outside that list, we cannot process your order.

2. Products & Pricing

Rootessa currently offers three products, each sold individually or in multi-bottle bundles at a discount. Prices are shown in USD and may not include shipping or applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout.

Rootessa Peptide Serum

A cosmetic hair serum, available at /products/peptide-serum. 1 bottle: $65. 2 bottles: $53 each ($106 total, save 18%). 3 bottles: $49 each ($147 total, save 25%).

Rootessa Hair Oil

A cosmetic scalp oil (30 ml with dropper, made in the USA), available at /products/hair-oil. 1 bottle: $28.90. 2 bottles: $24 each ($48 total, save 17%). 3 bottles: $22 each ($66 total, save 24%).

Rootessa Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies

A dietary supplement (60 gummies per bottle, GMP-certified, gluten-free, made in the USA), available at /products/hair-skin-nails-gummies. 1 bottle: $34.90. 2 bottles: $28 each ($56 total, save 20%). 3 bottles: $26 each ($78 total, save 25%).

We describe our products as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, photos, or prices are always free of errors. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel orders affected by an obvious error, notifying you as soon as possible.

3. Orders & Payment

Payment is processed through a third-party payment provider. Rootessa does not store your full card number on its own servers. By confirming your purchase, you authorize the charge of the total amount shown, including any additional offer you accepted during checkout.

4. Membership / Subscription

The subscribe-and-save option is currently available only for the Rootessa Peptide Serum at checkout. It is not available for Rootessa Hair Oil or Rootessa Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies at this time.

If you enable the subscription toggle at checkout, you will be charged automatically the amount shown every 30, 60, or 90 days — depending on the bundle size you selected (1, 2, or 3 bottles, respectively) — until you cancel. The exact amount and frequency are shown before you confirm payment. You can cancel, pause, or change your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing info@rootessa.com. There is no penalty or minimum commitment for canceling.

5. Shipping

We ship to the countries listed in the country selector at checkout — currently 37 countries. If your country is not on that list, we cannot yet deliver there. Estimated processing and delivery times may vary depending on location and inventory availability.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase if you are not satisfied with the product. Email us within that window at info@rootessa.com to start the process.

7. Use of This Site

All content on this site (text, design, the Rootessa brand) is the property of Rootessa S.A. or is used under license. Copying or redistributing this content without authorization is not permitted.

(the company behind Rootessa) is based in Boquerón, Chiriquí, Panama, and ships internationally to the countries listed at checkout — an attorney should confirm which jurisdiction's law applies given this structure.
