1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on this site. We ship only to the countries listed in the country selector at checkout. If your shipping address is outside that list, we cannot process your order.
2. Products & Pricing
Rootessa currently offers three products, each sold individually or in multi-bottle bundles at a discount. Prices are shown in USD. Shipping is free on orders of $70 or more (the total of your products, after any discount); below that, a shipping fee based on your country is added at checkout and shown before you pay (see Shipping & Returns). Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the price shown.
Rootessa Peptide Serum
A cosmetic hair serum, available at /products/peptide-serum. 1 bottle: $65. 2 bottles: $53 each ($106 total, save 18.5%). 3 bottles: $49 each ($147 total, save 24.6%).
Rootessa Botanical Serum
A cosmetic scalp serum (59 ml with dropper), available at /products/botanical-serum. 1 bottle: $55.00. 2 bottles: $45 each ($90 total, save 18.2%). 3 bottles: $42 each ($126 total, save 23.6%).
Rootessa Hyaluronic Serum
A cosmetic face serum (30 ml with dropper), available at /products/hyaluronic-serum. 1 bottle: $35.00. 2 bottles: $29.50 each ($59 total, save 15.7%). 3 bottles: $27 each ($81 total, save 22.9%).
We describe our products as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, photos, or prices are always free of errors. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors and to cancel orders affected by an obvious error, notifying you as soon as possible.
3. Orders & Payment
Payment is processed through a third-party payment provider. Rootessa does not store your full card number on its own servers. By confirming your purchase, you authorize the charge of the total amount shown. If, right after your purchase, you accept a one-click offer, that item is charged separately to the same card, at the price shown on that screen.
4. Subscribe & Save 12%
Currently unavailable: Subscribe & Save is paused and the toggle is not shown on product pages. Every order is a one-time purchase, with no automatic charges. The terms below apply only if we turn it back on.
The "Subscribe & save an extra 12%" toggle is available on each product page, before checkout, for all three products: Rootessa Peptide Serum, Rootessa Botanical Serum, and Rootessa Hyaluronic Serum.
Enabling it creates a subscription: your card is charged the discounted amount automatically every 30, 60 or 90 days (matching the bundle size you chose: 1, 2 or 3 bottles), plus the shipping fee for your country when that amount is under $70, and a new order ships each time, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, with no fee and no minimum number of shipments, using the one-click cancellation link included in your order confirmation email, or by emailing info@rootessa.com with your order number. Canceling stops the next charge; it does not affect an order that already shipped.
5. Shipping
We ship to the countries listed in the country selector at checkout (currently 36 countries). If your country is not on that list, we cannot yet deliver there. Shipping is free on orders of $70 or more; below that, the shipping fee for your country is shown at checkout and included in the total you authorize (see Shipping & Returns for the fee by country). We prepare orders in 2 to 5 business days; delivery then takes 2 to 4 business days in the United States and 3 to 5 business days elsewhere (4 to 9 business days in total in the US and 5 to 10 elsewhere), and customs can add time. These times are estimates.
6. First-Bottle Guarantee & Refunds
Your first order is covered by our 30-day first-bottle guarantee: if your first bottle isn't right for you, we refund what you paid for that bottle (on a 2 or 3 bottle bundle, the bundle price divided by the number of bottles), and you don't need to send it back. Request it within 30 days of delivery by emailing info@rootessa.com with your order number and a photo of the bottle. It applies once per customer and doesn't cover shipping charges or subscription renewals, and we may decline requests that look like misuse of the guarantee. Damaged, defective, wrong, or lost orders are handled separately: tell us within 14 days and we'll replace or refund them. Full details in Shipping & Returns.
This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
7. Use of This Site
All content on this site (text, design, the Rootessa brand) is the property of Rootessa or is used under license. Copying or redistributing this content without authorization is not permitted.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rootessa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products, beyond the amount paid for the corresponding order.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or from a purchase made on this site will first be handled through good-faith negotiation between the parties; if unresolved, it will be submitted to the competent courts of Panama.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
