What to contact us about
- Order or shipping questions: see Shipping & Returns first; it covers where we ship, processing time, and our 30-day first-bottle guarantee. Still stuck? Email info@rootessa.com.
- Product or ingredient questions: full ingredient lists and how each product is meant to be used are on the Disclaimer page and on each product's own page.
- The first-bottle guarantee or a refund: covered in Terms: First-Bottle Guarantee & Refunds.
- Anything else about the company: see About Rootessa.
We read every email sent to info@rootessa.com ourselves. Rootessa is a small, independent brand, not a large call center.
