Rootessa is a hair, skin & nails care brand built around three products: Rootessa Peptide Serum, a cosmetic hair serum formulated with peptides and botanical extracts; Rootessa Hair Oil, a lightweight scalp oil blend; and Rootessa Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies, a daily biotin and multivitamin supplement.
We're a growing brand. We'd rather be upfront about that than invent a backstory — what we can be precise about is exactly what's in each product, how it's made, and where it's shipped from.
What we sell
Peptide Serum
A lightweight leave-in serum formulated with sh-Polypeptide and sh-Oligopeptide complexes, saw palmetto and rosemary extracts. Absorbs fast, no greasy residue — for the appearance of more volume and fuller-looking hair.
Hair Oil
A 30ml dropper blend of jojoba, argan, sweet almond, castor and coconut oils with rosemary, tea tree and lavender. Lightweight and non-greasy, made to complement your daily hair care routine.
Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies
Passion fruit-flavored chewables with biotin, vitamins A/C/D/E, B-6, folate, B-12, zinc, iodine and collagen — 60 gummies per bottle, gluten-free, GMP-certified, made in the USA.
How our products are made
Our products are manufactured and distributed through a contract ("private label") manufacturing partner with facilities in the United States certified under current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

What matters to us
- Full ingredient transparency. We publish the complete ingredient list for each product — the INCI list for Peptide Serum and Hair Oil, and the supplement facts for the Gummies — not just marketing copy.
- We don't promise what we can't back up. For Peptide Serum and Hair Oil we talk about appearance and feel, not medical outcomes. For the Gummies we describe how the nutrients support hair, skin and nails as a dietary supplement — not a cure or treatment for any condition.
- Honest sourcing. The Gummies' collagen is marine-derived, so the product is not vegan — we say so plainly rather than leaving it out.
- Honest shipping. We currently ship to 37 countries. The full list is shown at checkout before you pay — if yours isn't on it, you'll see that there, not after.
