2. Cookies and tracking pixels
This site uses the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram), loaded through Cloudflare Zaraz, to measure how effective our ads are and to show you relevant Rootessa ads on Meta's platforms. The Meta Pixel may record events such as: that you visited a page, that you selected a bundle, that you started checkout, or that you completed a purchase (including the amount).
Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can manage your ad preferences directly in your Meta account, or block tracking cookies through your browser settings.

- Measure and improve our advertising (Meta Pixel)
- Comply with legal or tax obligations where applicable
4. Who we share your information with
- Payment provider — to securely process your card payment.
- Manufacturing and fulfillment provider — to prepare and ship your order; receives your name and shipping address.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — receives Meta Pixel events for measurement and advertising, as described above.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. How long we keep your information
We retain your order data for as long as necessary to comply with legal, accounting, or warranty obligations, and to be able to assist you with any future questions about that purchase.
