Where we ship
We currently ship to the countries listed in the country selector at checkout — 37 countries in total. If your shipping address is outside that list, we're not yet able to deliver there. We're working on expanding coverage over time.
Processing & delivery
Once an order is placed, we process it as quickly as possible. Processing and delivery times can vary depending on your location and current inventory availability. Your order is confirmed right here on the checkout page — we don't yet send an automatic confirmation email or a separate notification when your package ships, so please use the estimated delivery window for your country as your guide. If you'd like an update on your order, email us at info@rootessa.com with your order number.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on every order to any of the countries we currently ship to — there's no shipping fee added at checkout. If your country charges import duties or taxes on international purchases, those are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.
Returns & refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Rootessa product for any reason, email us within that 30-day window and we'll walk you through the process.
How to start a return
- Email info@rootessa.com within 30 days of your purchase date, including your order number.
- We'll confirm the return or refund details with you by email.
- Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return has been confirmed. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged, defective, or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at info@rootessa.com with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the issue — we'll make it right.
